Fredrika Wessman currently works as Senior Manager for Social Impact at Mojang, the game studio behind Minecraft, the viral success played by millions of people worldwide. Fredrika has a background in international relations and political science, having studied at the University of St Andrews and Lund University. Between 2018-2021 Fredrika worked at Norrsken Foundation, taking on active leadership roles and spearheading growth, Norrsken’s African expansion, Strategic partnerships, and eventually as the lead for the Norrsken Impact Accelerator in 2021. Fredrika is an ambitious and internationally experienced leader who manages and coordinates teams with heart, enthusiasm, and fearlessness—listed as Future Female Leader in 2020 and Most Potential Under 35 in Sweden by talent network Nova in 2022. Her passion is to always look for the best way to make a positive impact in the world.
